cancellations
when you need to make changes or reschedule your services, we appreciate up to 24 hours notice. day of beauty packages, certain retexturizing services, hair extensions, group bookings and spa parties are subject to 50% cancellation penalties without the required notification.

please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. your punctuality will be appreciated by our team and by our clients. please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by muting cell phones.

valuables
we recommend that you leave all valuable items at home when taking spa services. we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal articles.

gratuities
gratuities are not included in the price of individual services or gift cards (with the exception of inclusive packages).
